Muskingum’s Elizabeth Zicha became the 11th Division III women’s volleyball coach to reach the 600-win milestone when the Muskies won their season opener Wednesday against Denison.

Zicha, the seventh most-victorious active coach in Division III, has led teams to eight Division III Women’s Volleyball Championship appearances, including a third-place finish in 1999. She has a .689 winning percentage in her 25th season at the school.

She also is a professor in the university’s physical education department.
