Following is a summary of Division III news from the week of February 16-20.

•        The Division III Men’s and Women’s Soccer Committees adjusted championship-administration policies to accommodate the new regional alignments that will take effect beginning with the 2009 championship.

•        The identification of a recent Keuka tennis student-athletes among victims of the crash of a Continental Connection flight near Buffalo, New York, increased to three the number of former Division III student-athletes who died in the incident. A former Rowan swimmer and Buffalo State and St. Mary’s (Minnesota) ice hockey player also perished.

•        Nominees are being solicited for vacancies on 14 sports committees.
