The following is a summary of Division III news from the week of June 22-26.

• The Division III Women’s Ice Hockey Committee will survey the membership about enhancing its championship, perhaps by combining it with another ice hockey event.
• Kennan Timm of Wisconsin-Oshkosh is this year’s recipient of the College Sports Information Directors of America’s Warren Berg Award. Jim Seavey of Massachusetts Maritime received the annual Lester Jordan Award.
• Fredina Ingold of Penn State Altoona (a current member of the Division III Management Council), Susan Petersen Lubow of Merchant Marine, Russell Rogers of Stevens Institute of Technology and Glada Munt of Southwestern (Texas) were honored by the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics as Division III athletics directors of the year.
• Nominations are being solicited for vacancies on the Division III Nominating Committee and Division III Baseball Committee.
