The following is a summary of Division III news from the week of June 15-19.

• The Division III Men’s Ice Hockey Committee voiced concerns about the consistency of the application of amateurism rules in ice hockey.
• Dennis Collins, the only executive director of the North Coast Athletic Conference since its establishment 25 years ago, died June 14.
• Bard and Rochester Institute of Technology will join the Liberty League as full members, beginning in the 2011-12 academic year.
• Gallaudet will join the North Eastern Athletic Conference beginning in 2010-11.
• Division III coaches Pat Genovese of William Smith and Jeff Long of Ithaca will be inducted into the National Lacrosse Hall of Fame .
