Quincy will add men’s and women’s cross country to its athletics program beginning in 2010-11. The additions bring Quincy’s varsity sport offerings to 15.

The Quincy cross country teams will compete in the Great Lakes Valley Conference, joining 11 other schools in the conference. Other schools in the GLVC with cross country are Bellarmine, Drury, Indianapolis, Kentucky Wesleyan, Lewis, Maryville (Missouri), Missouri S&T, Northern Kentucky, Saint Joseph’s (Indiana), Southern Indiana and Wisconsin-Parkside.
