Following is a summary of Division II news for the week of December 7-11.

• The Division II Student-Athlete Advisory Committee is endorsing all of the concepts presented in the Life in the Balance legislative package even though the group took no position on one of the proposals.
• The SAAC extended its agreement with the Make-A-Wish Foundation for another three years.
• Two new videos featuring Metro State President Stephen Jordan, Grand Valley State AD Tim Selgo and Regis (Colorado) Assistant AD Ann Martin explain more details about the Life in the Balance package headed to the 2010 Convention.
• Division II carried out its community-engagement theme at the recent men’s and women’s soccer championships.
