Following is a summary of Division II news from the week of November 16-20.

• Division II released the fourth cohort in the Academic Success Rate, which once again demonstrates that student-athletes graduate at rates much higher than their student body counterparts.
• Division II faculty athletics representatives recently endorse the principles of  the Life in the Balance package headed to the 2010 Convention.
• Bloomsburg won the first NCAA championship of the 2009-10 academic year, defeating Massachusetts-Lowell in the field hockey finals.
