• The Division II Championships Committee has asked the Division II Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving Committee to consider capping the field for the Division II championships in that sport to 360 competitors.
• Division II’s game-environment initiative is gaining momentum with a recognition program that promotes self assessment and holds schools accountable to their commitment.
• Division II’s six-game football TV package kicked off August 27 when Abilene Christian defeated Northwest Missouri State.
• Coker College conducted a community-engagement effort recently with a free clinic for a nearby high school volleyball team.
