The NCAA is soliciting nominations for four September 2009 vacancies on the Division I Women’s Soccer Committee by February 20.

One appointee each must come from the realigned Northeast, Southeast, West and South regions, with two appointees from the Football Bowl Subdivision and two from either the Football Championship Subdivision or Division I. One appointee must be an administrator.

Nominations must be submitted through conference offices.

The realigned regions are as follows:

Northeast region conferences:  Big East, America East, Metro Atlantic Athletic and Northeast.

Southeast region conferences:  Atlantic Coast, Big South, Southern and Atlantic Sun.

West region conferences:  West Coast, Big West and Western Athletic.

South region conferences:  Southeastern, Sunbelt and Ohio Valley.
