Following is a summary of Division I news from the week of May 26-29.

• A thrilling men’s lacrosse championship capped off a weekend of national finals. Champions also were determined in women’s lacrosse, women’s golf, women’s tennis and men’s tennis.
• Georgia’s trustees approved an expansion to the institution’s football practice facility, including a new weight room and new offices for coaches.
• Quinnipiac will reinstate women’s volleyball and eliminate men’s indoor track. The school will also conduct a thorough review of its athletics departments to ensure compliance with gender-equity laws. The decision comes after a Connecticut court ordered the institution to bring back the volleyball team.
• The second set of data from the “dashboard indicators” project has been sent to Division I chancellors and presidents.
