A June 1 deadline is approaching for member institutions to submit graduation-rates data.

All NCAA member institutions must provide their student-body graduation-rates data for the entering freshman cohort of 2002 and their student-body enrollment for fall 2008.

Division I members and Divisions II/III members that sponsor a Division I sport must submit student-athlete graduation-rates data for the entering freshman cohort of 2002, along with Graduation Success Rate data.

Division II members must also submit student-athlete graduation-rates data for the entering freshman cohort of 2002, along with Academic Success Rate data.

The day after submitting data, institutional personnel will be able to view their draft report(s) at:  web1.ncaa.org/GradRates/exec/report_login.

All data must be submitted no later than June 1. Institutions that fail to provide these data will be ineligible to enter a team or an individual in an NCAA championship or postseason event. Individuals with questions may contact Maria DeJulio (913/397-7668 or mdejulio@ncaa.org).
