The NCAA is soliciting nominations for vacancies on the Division I Initial-Eligibility Waivers Committee and the Postgraduate Scholarship Committee. The deadline for submitting nomination materials is July 3, 2008. All nominations must come through conference offices.

The Division I Initial-Eligibility Waivers Committee has one immediate vacancy (replacing Tomas Jiminez, formerly of Louisiana State University) and four January 2009 vacancies. One appointee must have experience or expertise in the evaluation of foreign student records.

The Postgraduate Scholarship Committee has one immediate Division I vacancy to replace Donna Ritch, Wisconsin-Green Bay, who resigned from the committee. The appointee must be from the Division I subdivision (no football). For more information on this committee, click here.
