A self-evaluation manual and reference book on Title IX designed to help athletics departments and institutions gauge their Title IX compliance is being offered at a special price through March 15. "Title IX and Intercollegiate Athletics: How it all works - in plain English" is produced by Good Sports, Inc.

The NCAA also produces its own gender equity manual, "Gender Equity in Intercollegiate Athletics: A Practical Guide for Colleges and Universities," which is free to the membership. The NCAA also provides a Title IX Resource Center online.

The Good Sports, Inc. will be available at $20 off when purchasing two or more manuals. The 850-page book is priced from $145 to $190, depending on the purchaser's membership in various professional organizations. The manual can be purchased by phone or fax with a Visa or MasterCard or by mail with a check. Online purchasing is not available due to security concerns.
