The NCAA national office is closed today due to an incident yesterday in Indianapolis in which the city chilled water supply that cools the office building and others nearby was affected. As of Friday morning, that situation had not been resolved, and because of the rising temperatures in the national office building, the office will be closed today for normal operations.

Some staff services will be compromised, though most staff will continue to monitor membership needs from off-site. The office is expected to resume normal operations by Monday, July 14.

The issues being experienced at the national office are not affecting the Eligibility Center or other offices where operations will continue as normal.
