The National Association for Athletics Compliance launched a Web site that facilitates among its members a discussion of legislative proposals, compliance topics and best practices. The site also provides a place to communicate association business. The site is called NAAC Connections and was developed with ACS Athletics, a strategic planning firm serving athletics departments.
The site will serve as an online meeting place for discussions on a national level, and eventually questions and answers would appear in real time.
“The creation of NAAC Connections provides a versatile, Web-based format that enables compliance administrators to share expertise,” said Judy Van Horn, president of NAAC. “The compliance landscape is increasingly complex, and we want to do all we can to help our members be successful.”
The site is designed to be a central location for forums, educational materials and specialized user groups. It will replace the NAAC listserv. For more information, click here.
