This week begins and ends with the crowning of team titlists in NCAA championships.
Champions will hoist the trophy tonight in the Division I Men’s Basketball Championship and tomorrow night in the Division I Women’s Basketball Championship.
Then, semifinalists face off Thursday in the Division I Men’s Ice Hockey Championship, and competition also begins that day in the National Collegiate Women’s Bowling Championships. Those championships will be decided Saturday.
Also, another regional seminar to present information about the NCAA Group Basic Accident Medical Program is scheduled Friday in Kansas City, Missouri. The program is for institutions seeking insurance for student-athlete medical expenses up to the $75,000 deductible of the Association’s catastrophic-injury insurance program.
