Championships will be decided next week in eight events involving five winter sports.
All three NCAA divisions will crown both men’s and women’s indoor track and field champions next weekend: Division I at Arkansas, Division II at Minnesota State Mankato and Division III at Ohio Northern
Finals also are scheduled in National Collegiate fencing at Ohio State and rifle at Army; Division II men’s and women’s swimming and diving at Columbia, Missouri, and wrestling at Cedar Rapids, Iowa; and Division III women’s swimming and diving in Oxford, Ohio.
Also, a series of regional seminars to present information about the NCAA Group Basic Accident Medical Program -- a program for institutions seeking insurance for student-athlete medical expenses up to the $75,000 deductible of the Association’s catastrophic-injury insurance program -- continues next week with sessions at Temple and Cal State East Bay.
