The 13-member NCAA Football Rules Committee gathers in Indianapolis this week for its annual meeting -- the highlight of a week that also includes a meeting of the Division I Academics/Eligibility/Compliance Cabinet.
The Division III Championships Committee also will meet, in part to begin forming recommendations for the division's next two-year budget cycle.
The Division I Men's and Women's Soccer Committees and Division II Football Committee also are meeting this week, as is the Division III Nominating Committee.
