Just in case your fingers stopped working for a few days and you weren’t able to navigate to the Double-A Zone, here’s what you missed this week on the NCAA’s official blog:
• Jim Tressel discusses the rationale for his sweater vest in this week’s Campus Connection. Listen up Wolverine fans, you won’t want to miss this one.
• Ron Polk is throwing darts at Myles Brand’s head and firing shots at the NCAA. After 35 years as a college baseball coach, you’d think Polk would understand the landscape of intercollegiate athletics a little better.
• Double-amputee Oscar Pistorius can compete for a chance to qualify for the Beijing Games. Should athletes with prosthetic limbs be permitted to compete in sports with able-bodied athletes if their prosthetics provide an advantage?
• Six championships in one city. Witness all of the celebrations from the sidelines.
