The NCAA News

Miss something this week? That’s okay. Like a teenage girl listening to a New Kids On The Block tape, it’s time to re-re-rewind. Here’s what happened this week on the Double-A Zone:

After a USA Today story featuring a roundtable discussion with four elite high school basketball players was published last weekend, the Double-A Zone asked why some prospective student-athletes come to college with a sense of entitlement.

Trinity (Connecticut) is perfect on the baseball diamond this season. Is it possible to run the table at any level of college baseball? If it can be done in football and basketball, can it happen in baseball?

Log on to the Double-A Zone to tell us what you think about the top 10 NCAA finishes in the last 25 years. Greg Johnson profiles the top 10 in the April edition of Champion Magazine, released this week.

Sonny Vaccaro has some harsh words for Myles Brand and David Stern, but the king of summer basketball just doesn’t understand the landscape of intercollegiate athletics.

Do high-profile female athletes have a responsibility to stay away from endorsements and other displays that promote their sexuality instead of athletic prowess?
