The NCAA national office public and media relations team has released the next installment in a topical series of informative pieces to address big-picture NCAA issues in a simple question-and-answer format.

The new topic is Why Don’t You Pay Student-Athletes?

Called “Behind the Blue Disk,” the messages are intended primarily for external audiences but can be used in a variety of ways. The first four topics, Where the Money Goes, Academic Reform, APR  and the Eligibility Center, were released in January.
