The NCAA national office public and media relations team has designed a topical series of informative pieces to address big-picture NCAA issues in a simple question-and-answer format. Called "Behind the Blue Disk," the messages are intended primarily for external audiences but can be used in a variety of ways. They will appear periodically on www.NCAA.org and www.NCAA.com in the coming months.
