The meeting request form is now available for those needing meeting space at Gaylord National Hotel and Conference Center during the 2009 NCAA Convention in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Meeting space must be requested by August 22, 2008.The Convention will be January 14-17, 2009.

The NCAA negotiated deep discounts on food and beverage for membership who plan a meeting and guarantee the meeting by August 8.  While some savings can still be reached for catering guaranteed between August 9 and September 15, the best rates apply before the August 8 cut-off date.
