Remembering and resuming - Bluffton University
The NCAA News
Bluffton University honored five student-athletes killed in a March 2 bus accident by returning to the field March 30 for a delayed season opener against College of Mount St. Joseph. The accident occurred in Atlanta as the team was headed to Florida for spring games (see the March 12 NCAA News). Bluffton officials, after consulting with the team and bereaved family members, decided to play the season as part of the healing process.
