NCAA student-athletes honored at White House
NCAA student-athletes honored — Student-athletes from 28 NCAA Division I championship teams met with President Bush during a special ceremony June 18 on the White House South Lawn. Teams represented included the University of Florida men’s basketball team, the Auburn University men’s and women’s swimming and diving teams, the Pennsylvania State University women’s gymnastics team, and the men’s ice hockey and men’s track teams from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
