Division II
Division II individuals may be self-nomination or nominated by peers. A Division II nomination form must be completed for each nominee. Nomination materials should be submitted via the online nomination process available at: web1.ncaa.org/committees/selection.jsp. Divisional access code and password are available upon request.
Newly announced vacancies
The deadline for submitting nomination materials for the following vacancy is July 14, 2006.
Division II Men’s Soccer Committee:
One July 1, 2006, vacancy. The appointee will replace John Smith, California State University, Bakersfield, who resigned from the committee. The appointee must be from the Far West region and may be a coach or an administrator.Eligible conferences: California Collegiate Athletic Association, Great Northwest Athletic Conference.
Eligible independent institution: Grand Canyon University.
Division II Men’s and Women’s Tennis Committee:
One immediate vacancy. The appointee will replace Tami Matheny, University of South Carolina Upstate, who resigned from the committee. The appointee must be a female administrator from the Mid-Atlantic region.Eligible conferences: Carolinas-Virginia Athletics Association, Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association, Peach Belt Conference.
Eligible independent institution: University of the District of Columbia.
Women’s Volleyball Rules Committee:
One July 1, 2006, Division II vacancy. The appointee will replace John Price, California State University, Bakersfield, who resigned from the committee. The appointee must be a coach.Division III

One immediate vacancy. The appointee will replace Kerry Norman, formerly of Concordia College, Moorhead, who resigned from the committee. The appointee must be a coach from the West region.Eligible conferences: Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, Northern Collegiate Hockey Association.
Division III Budget Committee:
One January 2007 vacancy. The appointee must be a president or chancellor.Division III Championships Committee:
Two January 2007 vacancies. One appointee must be a male and one must be a female. One appointee must be from Region 1 (Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Vermont) and one can be from any region.Division III Financial Aid Committee:
Two January 2007 vacancies. One appointee must be a female.Division III Committee on Infractions:
One January 2007 vacancy.Division III Management Council:
Four January 2007 vacancies. One appointee must be a president or chancellor and one must be a faculty athletics representative. One must be male and two must be females.Division III Membership Committee:
One January 2007 vacancy. The appointee must be a faculty athletics representative from Region 1 (Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Vermont).Division III Nominating Committee:
Two January 2007 vacancies. One appointee must be a female.Division III Presidents Council:
Three January 2007 vacancies. Appointees must be chancellors or presidents. Preference will given to members of the Division III Chancellors/Presidents Advisory Group or individuals with previous NCAA committee experience.Division III Student-Athlete Reinstatement Committee:
