Take a Kid to the Game Day — Oberlin College student-athletes recently served up pizza parties for two local second-grade classes in recognition of the elementary school students’ participation in Oberlin’s Take a Kid to the Game Day. Twelve Oberlin student-athletes representing seven different sports visited Open Door Elementary School and seven athletes representing seven different sports visited Powers Elementary School. The athletes served pizza, signed autographs and shared their academic and athletics experiences.
