The Brooklyn College Women's Basketball team recently celebrated "National Women in Sports Day" by hosting a clinic with local Girl Scout Troops. The goal of the clinic was to promote activity and introduce the sport of basketball to girls. The clinic included an overview of the game of basketball from head coach Alex Lang as well as demonstrations by the women's basketball team. The girl scouts got a chance to participate in some drills as well as compete in various activities.
