Coming together to help others — The Saint Joseph’s University women’s soccer team joined student-athlete colleagues from the other “City 6” schools (Drexel University, La Salle University, University of Pennsylvania, Temple University and Villanova University) in raising money for the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia Oncology Unit by sponsoring a clinic for young girls April 23. Student-athletes and coaches gathered at Finnesey Field on the Saint Joseph’s campus for the first community-service event involving all six programs.
