Passing fancy
East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania quarterback Jimmy Terwillger recently concluded a four-year career with 16 NCAA Division II offensive records to his outright credit and a share of two others. He also finished as the division’s career leader in total offense, passing yards and touchdown passes.
