Division I

Division I candidates must be nominated by their institution's multisport conference. The Division I nomination form must be completed for each nominee. Nomination materials should be submitted via the online nomination process by the conference office.

Newly announced vacancies

The deadline for submitting nominations for the following vacancy is July 22, 2005.

Division I Initial-Eligibility Waivers Committee: Two immediate vacancies. The appointees will replace Corrine Wright, formerly of the Northeast Conference (foreign-student subcommittee), and Sarah Weier, formerly of the Missouri Valley Conference (transcript change subcommittee). There are no restrictions on these appointments.

Division II

Division II individuals may be self-nomination or nominated by peers. A Division II nomination form must be completed for each nominee. Nomination materials should be submitted via the online nomination process available at web1.ncaa.org/committees/selection.jsp. Divisional access code and password are available upon request.

Newly announced vacancies

The deadline for submitting nomination materials for the following vacancies is July 22, 2005.

Division II Men's and Women's Track and Field Committee: One immediate vacancy. The appointee will replace Tracy Cumming, formerly of San Francisco State University, who resigned from the committee. The appointee must be a female administrator from the West region who represents men's interests.

Eligible conferences: California Collegiate Athletic Association, Great Northwest Athletic Conference.

Playing Rules Oversight Panel: Two August 2005 Division II vacancies. One appointee must have playing rules experience, which includes officiating experience, previous service on a rules committee or championships committee with playing rules responsibility, or coaching experience.

Division III

Division III individuals may be self-nomination or nominated by peers. A Division III nomination form must be completed

Division III Women's Softball Committee: One immediate vacancy. The appointee will replace Thomas Bonerbo, formerly of the Pennsylvania Athletic Conference, who resigned from the committee. The appointee must be from the East region and may be a coach or an administrator.

Eligible conferences: Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference, Atlantic Woman's Colleges Conference, Centennial Conference, City University of New York Athletic Conference, Commonwealth Coast, Freedom Conference, New Jersey Athletic Conference, North Eastern Athletic Conference, Pennsylvania Athletic Conference, Presidents' Athletic Conference.

Eligible independent institutions: New Jersey City University, College of St. Elisabeth.

Division III Men's and Women's Track and Field Committee: One immediate vacancy. The appointee will replace Jenny Breuer of Trinity University (Texas), who resigned from the committee. The appointee must represent men's track interests and be from the South/Southeast region. The appointee may be a coach or an administrator.

Eligible conferences: American Southwest Conference, Capital Athletic Conference, Great South Athletic Conference, Old Dominion Athletic Conference, Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference, University Athletic Association, USA South Athletic Conference.

Eligible independent institutions: University of Dallas, Fisk University, Rust University.

The deadline for submitting nomination materials for the following vacancies is July 22, 2005.

Men's and Women's Ice Hockey Rules Committee: One September 2005 Division III vacancy. The appointee must represent women's hockey interests and may be a coach or an administrator.

Division III Men's and Women's Tennis Committee: Two September 2005 vacancies. One appointee must be from the Northeast region and represent men's interests. One appointee must be from the Central region and represent women's interests. Appointees may be coaches or administrators. Women are encouraged to submit nomination materials.

Eligible Northeast region conferences: City University of New York Athletic Conference, Commonwealth Coast Conference, Empire 8, Freedom Conference (Drew University), Great Northeast Athletic Conference, Little East Conference, New England Small College Athletic Conference, North Atlantic Conference, North Eastern Athletic Conference, Skyline Conference.

Eligible Northeast region independent institutions: The College of New Jersey, Newbury College, State University College at Oneonta, State University of New York at Oswego.

Eligible Central region conferences: College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin, Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference, Iowa Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, Lake Michigan Conference, Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association, Midwest Conference, Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, Northern Illinois-Iowa Conference, Ohio Athletic Conference, Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (DePauw University), Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.

Eligible Central region independent institutions: Martin Luther College, Nebraska Wesleyan University, College of St. Scholastica.

Previously listed vacancies

The deadline for submitting nomination materials for the following vacancies is August 5, 2005.

Division III Budget Committee: Two January 2006 vacancies. The appointees must be athletics administrators.

Division III Championships Committee: One January 2006 vacancy. There are no restrictions on this appointment.

Division III Financial Aid Committee: Two January 2006 vacancies. One appointee must be a financial aid administrator. At least one appointee must be a woman. CEOs are encouraged to submit nomination materials. Individuals from public institutions are encouraged to submit nomination materials.

Division III Interpretations and Legislation Committee: One January 2006 vacancy. The appointee must be a male.

Division III Management Council: Three January 2006 vacancies. One appointee must be a CEO and one appointee must be an ethnic minority. At least one appointee must be a male and at least one appointee must be a female. Appointees may be from any region.

Division III Membership Committee: One January 2006 vacancy. The appointee must be a female from Region 3 (Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia). CEOs are encouraged to submit nomination materials.

Division III Nominating Committee: Three January 2006 vacancies. One appointee must be a former Management Council member and one appointee must be a CEO. At least one appointee must be a woman and at least one appointee must be from Region 1 (Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Vermont).
