Strangest interpretation/situation: "Gunfire outside the stadium interrupts a conference tournament game, causing officials and administrators to suspend play. Strangest interpretation/situation: "At the Men's Frozen Four in Cincinnati, a University of Michigan player cradled the puck on his stick (much like a lacrosse player would) and came from behind the net to score. The stick was never above four feet off the ice (the top of the goal cage), so the goal was legal."

Biggest challenge: "Without question, the weight manag ement system. It's the biggest addition to what's being required of wrestling coaches. I'm responsible for answering questions from coaches, administrators and trainers about it. While it is considered a playing rule, there are so many interpretations involved that one of these days I'd like to see it become a bylaw."
