Division II
Division II individuals may be nominated by peers. Self-nominations also are accepted in Division II. A Division II nomination form and Division II nominee information form must be completed for each nominee and each separate committee. Nomination materials are to be sent to Sharon K. Tufano, committee coordinator, at the national office (fax 317/917-6808).
Newly announced vacancies
The deadline for submission of nomination materials for the following vacancy is May 9, 2003.
NCAA Men's and Women's Rifle Committee: One immediate Division II vacancy. Randy Pitney, formerly of the University of Alaska Fairbanks, has resigned from the committee. The appointee must be an administrator.
Eligible institution: University of Alaska Fairbanks.
Division III
Division III individuals may be nominated by peers. Self-nominations also are accepted in Division III. A Division III nominee information form must be completed for each nominee and each separate committee. Nomination materials are to be sent to Sharon K. Tufano, committee coordinator, at the national office (fax 317/917-6808).

Division III Wrestling Committee: One interim vacancy. The appointee will replace Stephen Erber, Muhlenberg College, who resigned from the committee. The appointee may be a coach or an administrator. Preference will be given to nominees from the Midwest region. The Midwest region consists of institutions in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, South Dakota and Wisconsin.
The deadline for submission of nomination materials for the following vacancy is May 8, 2003.
NCAA Research Committee: One immediate Division III vacancy. The appointee must be an athletics administrator.

Division III Men's Soccer Committee: One September 2003 vacancy. The appointee must be from the West region and may be a coach or an administrator.
Eligible conferences: Iowa Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, Northwest Conference and Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.
Eligible independent institutions: California State University, Hayward; University of California, Santa Cruz; Chapman University, Colorado College, Martin Luther College; Nebraska Wesleyan University; and College of St. Scholastica.

Division III Women's Soccer Committee: One September 2003 vacancy. The appointee must be an administrator. Preference will be given to the South region.
Eligible South region conferences: American Southwest Conference; Atlantic Women's College Conference; Dixie Intercollegiate Athletic Conference; Old Dominion Athletic Conference; and University Athletic Association.
Eligible South region independent institutions: Agnes Scott College; University of Dallas; Fisk University; Maryville College (Tennessee); Meredith College; Peace College; Savannah College of Art and Design; and Wesleyan College (Georgia).
The deadline for submission of nomination materials for the following vacancy is May 8, 2003.
Division III Women's Rowing Committee: One September 2003 vacancy. The appointee must be an administrator and may be from any region.
(The Division III Management Council approved a waiver of NCAA Bylaw 21.8.1.3 for the Division III Women's Rowing Committee, meaning that a representative of a conference may be appointed immediately after the term of a representative of the same conference. Thus, a representative from the New England Women's and Men's Athletics Conference may be considered for this vacancy.)
Eligible independent institutions: Cazenovia College, Chapman University, Lesley University, Marietta College, Mary Washington College, Massachusetts Maritime Academy, Mills College, Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, Savannah College of Art Design, Simmons College, State University of New York Maritime College, Trinity College (D.C.) and U.S. Merchant Marine Academy.
