Student-athletes attending the Leadership Conference spent their first day arriving at the Disney resort, getting to know one another and learning what to expect from the experience. They were divided into 12 different color teams, which were led by trained facilitators who also are athletics administrators at NCAA member institutions, and all began the process of bonding with their new team members.
