On Day 4, conference participants focused on putting their leadership training to work -- in part through a variety of initiative games designed to test their leadership skills. Student-athletes also worked on their individual action plans, in which they selected an issue on their own campus and prepared a plan to address it next fall. It also was time to sit down to a formal dinner celebrating the lessons learned and friendships formed during the conference.
