As a customer-oriented showcase, part of the Hall's responsibility is to keep up with the times. That means exhibit updates, new looks and more records, trivia and tidbits. The Hall's most recent additions include an exhibit on the Association for Intercollegiate Athletics for Women (AIAW), which was the primary governing body for women's college sports from 1971 until 1982, when the NCAA began administering championships for women. The exhibit (below) outlines the AIAW's history and purpose -- even the AIAW code of ethics.

Another new exhibit details the construction of the "student-athlete sculptures" (bottom) that adorn each sport area in the Hall. Real models were used for the sculptures, and the new display (center) explains how the molds were cast and all the various steps involved in creating the final product. A survey kiosk (left) also has been added, which likely will lead to even more new exhibits. Visitors to the Hall can use the interactive survey to indicate what they like best about the facility, as well as what they think might enhance the Hall
