Dates and sites:
The regionals will be May 25-27 at 16 on-campus and predetermined sites. Super Regionals will be June 1-3 at eight on- and off-campus sites. The College World Series will be June 8-16 at Johnny Rosenblatt Stadium in Omaha, Nebraska.Field:
Sixty-four teams, selected by the 10-member Division I Baseball Committee. Thirty conferences have been granted automatic qualification.Selection dates:
Regional site selections will be announced May 14; pairings will be announced live May 21 at 3 p.m. Eastern time on ESPN.2000 champion:

Southeastern Oklahoma State.Top team contenders:
Delta State, GC&SU, North Florida, St. Mary's (Texas), Southeastern Oklahoma State, Tampa.Division III

Top team contenders:
Allegheny, Bridgewater State, Emory, Rowan, St. Thomas (Minnesota), Southwestern (Texas).Skip Bertman and LSU swing for a sixth national championship in Bertman's final coaching campaign. The Tiger skipper takes over as LSU's director of athletics after the baseball season.
