Championships notes: Wartburg prevented an Augsburg three-peat last season, narrowly winning 117 1Ž2 to 116. Augsburg, Brockport State and College of New Jersey are tied for the overall lead in team championships with five. Matt Hamill of Rochester Institute of Technology repeated as champion for the third straight year in 1999. Wisconsin-La Crosse, Pacific (Oregon) and Lycoming join Brockport State, Augsburg and Wartburg as title contenders.
