Milestones: Jay Martin, Ohio Wesleyan University, 400 victories in men's soccer. Martin became just the eighth men's college soccer coach to reach the 400-win mark. Since Martin took over at Ohio Wesleyan in 1977, he has compiled a 400-80-31 mark. The Bishops have competed in 21 of the last 22 NCAA Division III men's soccer tournaments, winning the title in 1998 and finishing as runner-up in 1990 and 1992 ... Page Cotton, DePauw University, 300 victories in men's soccer. Cotton, who also is the school's athletics director, has compiled a 300-152-26 record ... Megan Clayberg, Central College (Iowa), 300 victories in women's volleyball. Clayberg entered the season with the fourth-highest winning percentage in Division III ... Hardy Fuchs, Kalamazoo College, 300 victories in men's soccer. Fuchs has been the head coach of men's soccer at the school for 30 years, and he also is a professor of German ... Joe Bochicchio, University of Scranton, 200 victories in women's soccer. Bochicchio has led the Lady Royals to nine Middle Atlantic Conference titles and five NCAA tournament appearances ... Gordon College's soccer coaches each hit a personal coaching milestone last month -- Marc Whitehouse, 200 victories in men's and women's soccer, and Rick Burns, 200 victories in women's soccer ... Jim Williams, Simpson College, 100 victories in football ... Mike Hollway, Ohio Wesleyan University, 100 victories in football. Hollway's Battling Bishops finished with an 8-2 record last year, bringing his record at the school to 89-46-1.

Miscellaneous: Westminster College (Missouri) recently unveiled a new athletics logo. The logo was designed by Dala Reuter, a four-time all-conference volleyball player and a 2000 graduate of the school. "We are very excited about the new logo," said Terry Logue, Westminster director of athletics. "It is an excellent combination of tradition and vision, two qualities Westminster is all about." ... Simpson College's volleyball program recently recorded its 500th victory with a win against William Penn College. The Storm are now 500-355 -- a .585 winning percentage -- since the program's inception in 1976.
