Johnson developed a five-year master plan that included building a new softball facility, a new 1,000-seat baseball stadium and a new 7,000-seat track, football and soccer stadium. All of these projects are scheduled for completion by fall 2000.

While at North Central, Johnson has served as assistant director of admissions, interim director of multicultural affairs and director of athletics operations.

In addition to his service on the Management Council, Johnson serves on the Division III Financial Aid Committee and is the chair of the Division III Championships Committee.

Johnson also serves on the North Central Accreditation steering committee, the North Central Budget Committee and is a member of the DuPage County Visitors Bureau of Directors.

Under Reighn's leadership as athletics director, Rowan's 18-team athletics program has consistently contended for the Sears Directors' Cup, finishing fourth twice, as well as seventh and 14th.

Reighn coached volleyball at Biola University from 1981 to 1986, where her team was ranked nationally three different years and won the NAIA national championship in 1985.

Reighn has been honored as coach of the year in field hockey, volleyball and basketball, and she has produced numerous all-Americans.

Reighn has been president of the New Jersey Athletic Conference, the New Jersey Association of Intercollegiate Athletics for Women and the Collegiate Athletics Administrators of New Jersey.

In addition to her service on the Management Council, Reighn serves on the Division III Championships Committee and the Association-wide Committee on Competitive Safeguards and Medical Aspects of Sports.
