Dates and sites: Regionals are March 9-11 or 10-12 at sites to be determined by the Division II Men's Basketball Committee. Bellarmine will host the Elite Eight March 22, 23 and 25 at the Commonwealth Convention Center in Louisville, Kentucky. Quarterfinal games will be March 22, semifinals March 23 and the championship March 25.

Championship notes: Defending champion Kentucky Wesleyan leads the country in scoring margin (20.4 points) and will be a contender to repeat, despite the departure of two-time most outstanding player Antonio Garcia. Not coincidentally, last year's runner-up, Metro State, ranks second in scoring margin (18.4 points).
