Events missing from list in '98 track and field rules book

An error was discovered recently in the 1998 NCAA Men's and Women's Track and Field and Cross Country Rules.

In Rule 6, Article 15, Item b, Recording Performances, the discus and hammer throws should be included as events that shall be measured and recorded to the lesser even centimeter.

The rules book (page 75) incorrectly lists only the javelin throw as an event that shall be measured and recorded to the lesser even centimeter.
