Committee notices

Following are revisions or corrections of information that appeared in the 1997-98 NCAA Committee Directory.

Association-wide committees

National Youth Sports Program Committee: Division II Management Council representative is Alfreeda Goff, Virginia State University (term expires January 15, 2001; not eligible for reappointment).

Division I committees

Division I Management Council: Big West Conference representative is Angela D. Taylor, University of Nevada (term expires January 1999). At-large Division I-AAA representative is Lynda Tealer, Santa Clara University (term expires January 1999).

Division I Strategic Planning Cabinet: Paula Y. Smith, Big West Conference, replaces Angela D. Taylor, University of Nevada (term expires September 1999).

Division II committees

Division II Championships Committee: Earl W. Edwards, East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania, resigned from the committee due to his appointment to the Division II Management Council.

Sports and rules committees

Division II Baseball Committee: Joseph J. Jordano, Mercyhurst College, resigned from the committee.

Division II Men's Soccer Committee: Earl W. Edwards, East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania, resigned from the committee due to his appointment to the Division II Management Council.

Division I Women's Volleyball Committee: Linda E. White, Clemson University, resigned from the committee.

NCAA national office staff

Membership services group: Mira J. Colman and Kristen L. Davis should be listed as membership services representatives.
