Committee notices

Division II institutions are invited to submit nominations for the following sports committee vacancy. Written nominations to fill the vacancy must be received by Julie Quickel, committee coordinator, in the NCAA national office by the close of business August 22, 1997 (fax 913/339-0035). Self-nominations are encouraged, as well as nominations by peers. Nominees will receive an information form, which must be returned by September 5.

Division II Women's Basketball Committee: Interim vacancy, replacing Peggy L. Davis, formerly at Angelo State University. The appointee must be from the South Central region.
