NCAA certifies 30 more summer basketball leagues

Another 30 summer basketball leagues -- 20 for men and 10 for women -- have been certified by the Association for 1997 competition.

Student-athletes from NCAA institutions participate each summer in hundreds of leagues certified in accordance with NCAA Bylaws 14.7.5.2 and 30.15.

Other certified summer basketball leagues were listed in the July 7 issue of The NCAA News.

Following are the leagues approved most recently for participation, with names, addresses and telephone numbers of league operators.
