Kerley named new NCAA director of human resources

Suzanne M. Kerley has been promoted to the newly created position of NCAA director of human resources.

Kerley, who previously served as human-resources manager for the NCAA, has been with the Association since 1987.

In addition to her human-resources responsibilities, Kerley also will be involved in compensation administration, will serve as recording secretary for the staff Management and Operations Team, and will play a significant role in the headquarters relocation project.

Kerley, a graduate of the University of Kansas, previously worked for MCI Communications. Before joining the NCAA, she served as assistant personnel manager for Alexander & Alexander, an insurance agency in the Kansas City area.
