Committee notice

Member institutions are invited to submit nominations to fill interim vacancies on NCAA committees. Written nominations to fill the following vacancy must be received by Julie Quickel, NCAA committee coordinator, in the NCAA national office by the close of business May 19, 1997 (fax number 913/339-0035).

Women's Gymnastics Committee: Replacement for Marie T. Tuite, University of Washington, who was appointed to the new Division I Championships/Competition Cabinet. The appointee must represent a Division I-AA or I-AAA conference. The appointee must be an administrator, preferably from the West women's gymnastics region. Nominations for this vacancy must be made by one of the conferences listed in Article 4.2 of the Constitution in the 1996-97 NCAA Manual.
