Administrative Committee minutes

1. Acting for the Council, the Administrative Committee:

Appointed Suzanne R. Coffey, Bates College, to the Interpretations Committee, replacing Sherry Calvert, Whittier College, resigned.

2. Acting for the Executive Committee, the Administrative Committee:

a. Designated the following as host institutions for regional competition of the 1997 Division II Men's and Women's Cross Country Championships: East -- State University of New York, Stony Brook; Great Lakes -- University of Wisconsin, Parkside; North Central -- South Dakota State University; Southeast -- University of North Florida; South Central -- University of Nebraska, Kearney; West -- California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.

b. Designated Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville, as the host institution for the 1998 Division II Men's and Women's Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

c. Designated Emporia State University as the host institution for the 1999 Division II Men's and Women's Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
