Written nominations to fill the following vacancies must be received by Fannie B. Vaughan, executive assistant, in the NCAA national office no later than September 30, 1996 (fax number 913/339-0035).Interpretations Committee: Replacement for Robert N. Evers, no longer at New Mexico Highlands University. Appointee must be from Division II. Division I-AA Football Committee: Replacement for Robert G. Hayes, McNeese State University, resigned from the committee. Appointee should be an administrator from the West region of Division I-AA football. Note that nominees from the Big Sky Conference are not eligible since it already has a representative on the committee. Men's and Women's Track and Field Committee: Replacement for Marshall Bell, University of Southern Mississippi, resigned from the committee. Appointee must be a men's track representative from Division I.
